CHAIN servers lost network access

Due to an UNB networking issue, the CHAIN servers were without network access from 2020-11-09 14:14 UTC until 2020-11-10 14:44 UTC. Network access has been restored but it will take a few hours to transfer the last 24 hours of data. Expect everything to be back to normal by 2020-11-10 20:00 UTCNews
