The storm caused wide-spread power outages. Power was lost for CHAIN servers at 2014-07-05 10:37 UTC and was not finally completely restored until 2014-07-08 21:08 UTC. As a result, we have not been able to transfer data from our field systems and a 4 day backlog of data transfers has occurred. It is expected that backlogged data will be transferred by 2014-07-11 and near real-time data will be available again.
