The CHAIN Data Repository is available via open access as specificed in the Go Canada Data Policy by:

Login Access
We encourage you to register for free so we can we can provide advice and assistance with the CHAIN data. Users with existing login access can continue accessing data as they have or choose to use the new open access data method
